Nutritional Coaching: For many people, knowing which foods to eat and how to eat a healthy, well-balanced diet can be overwhelming. There are constantly new diets and new studies telling us what we should eat and what foods we should avoid and oftentimes the information is contradictory. Our approach to nutrition is simple, easy-to-maintain, and does not focus on crash diets or excluding entire food groups. Nutritional coaching will allow anyone to have a better understanding of the importance of eating food in its natural form, and will promote a healthier, and perhaps even a longer, life.
 
Liz Perez is a Florida native who has a passion for serving Jesus, serving people and living a healthy lifestyle. Liz has played sports for most of her life, including collegiate softball. She enjoys staying active and coaching others to train and eat better. Liz is the Director of Worship at CCWC and has been married for 12 years to her husband Mike. They have a 3-year-old son who keeps them busy even on their days off. Liz is currently studying for additional certifications in the health and fitness industry, with the hopes to help others live longer, healthier lives.
Vision:
My vision for coaching nutritional classes at the Life Center is to help others understand the importance of taking care of their bodies. With simple information and a clear understanding of the role food and nutrients play in our bodies, people will feel enabled to make better choices and eliminate many of the ailments and diseases that millions of Americans face each year. The nutrition classes at the Life Center will be appropriate for anyone who is looking to improve their quality of life and improve their health. It is not about a diet, but it is about understanding the importance of eating foods that nourish our bodies and keep us healthy, strong and able to live life to the fullest.
